Srinagar: A pledge taking ceremony was organized at Battalion Headquarters JKAP-6th Battalion on Tuesday in which most of officers and officials from the unit participated voluntarily and took pledge for National Integrity, Unity and security by remembering the contributions of “Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel” as a National epitome who worked for unity, integrity and sovereignty of India.
On this occasion, Aftab Ahmad Shiekh, Deputy Commandant, JKAP 6th Bn., addressed the officers/officials of the unit who took pledge on the occasion of “Rashtriya Ekta Divas” and recalled the contributions made by Sardar Vhallabhbhai Patel “Loah Purush” for national unity and integrity irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
At this occasion all the officers/officials were directed to perform their duties in the National interest to maintain Integrity, Unity and sovereignty of the Nation. In the said pledge taking ceremony, Ahtasham ul Haq Inspector and other officers & jawans participated & expressed their strong determination to serve the common man by providing best police services.
