Srinagar: Senior PDP leader Arif Laigroo, who is contesting for Habba Kadal constituency, conducted a door-to-door campaign in Zander Mohalla and Nemchebal.
During the campaign, residents raised concerns about settling power bills and addressing water problems.
Arif Laigroo assured the people that if elected, he would work to resolve these issues.
