Inspiring Innovation: Interaction with PM Modi puts 17-year old entrepreneur on ‘Cloud 9’

This was a momentous occasion in my journey.

 I’ve dedicated myself to advancing cybersecurity through innovative projects and educational initiatives.

 PM Modi asked insightful questions about my work and the future of cybersecurity. I was thrilled to share my perspectives.

Srinagar:  A 17-year old entrepreneur, Risheek Kumar Sharma, who interacted with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Srinagar last week has been on “Cloud 9” since then.

Talking to Precious Kashmir Risheek said, “On June 20th, I had the privilege of interacting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Srinagar.”

“As a 17-year-old cybersecurity enthusiast and entrepreneur from Jammu and Kashmir, this was a momentous occasion in my journey. I’ve dedicated myself to advancing cybersecurity through innovative projects and educational initiatives,” he added.

 

“During our interaction, I presented several projects, including my company “Hackers Pathshala,” which focuses on cybersecurity education through an EdTech model. Prime Minister Modi showed particular interest in my project “Prarthana,” an Android app designed to promote cultural restoration and preserve India’s rich traditions, “ said, Risheek.

He highlighted potential of “Prarthana,”  to connect people across the nation and the world, fostering unity and shared heritage.

“Prime Minister Modi asked insightful questions about my work and the future of cybersecurity, and I was thrilled to share my perspectives,” he said.

Later, in his speech, PM Modi emphasized the importance of cybersecurity and the critical role of young innovators in securing the nation’s digital future.

“This interaction was a significant milestone in my journey, inspiring young entrepreneurs across the country. I’m grateful to LG Manoj Sinha and his administration for creating a supportive environment in UT over the last four years, fostering growth for budding entrepreneurs like me,” he added.
