Srinagar: Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Sheikh Riyaz’s recent posting in Kangan marked the beginning of an inspiring journey to bring the ongoing adult education program, Mashal E Gaash, to a successful conclusion.
Despite being newly posted in the zone, his leadership skills and dedication has brought laurels as he executed the final phase of Mashal E Gaash with better results.
Upon assuming his charge, Riyaz left no stone unturned in acquainting himself with the intricacies of Mashal E Gaash program. He recognized that the program is loaded with immense potential for empowering the community through literacy. Despite short duration as ZEO, his commitment to the program was unwavering.
One of Riyaz’s significant achievements was his adeptness at building strong relationships with local stakeholders.
