Anantnag: Nehru Yuva Kendra Anantnag Friday organised a programe regarding “Meri Maati Mera Desh” under the leadership of Anayat, Ruhi and Shafiya at block Hillershahabad.
The chief guest of the said programme was Sarpanch Advocate Farooq Ahmad Ganie, BDO Hillershahabad and staff members of Government High school Sadiwara. Programmes were also observed at block Verinag, block Larnoo, block Qazigund, block Anantnag and block Sagam in which hundreds of youth club members, volunteers and school students participated.
The programme is a tribute to the soldiers who have made the supreme sacrifice for the country. The campaign comprises many activities and ceremonies conducted across the country at panchayat and village, Block Urban Local body, state and national levels.
By connecting with the land and honouring our heroes, this programme will instill a sense of national pride and inspire future generation to protect India’s cherished heritage.
