The award was received by chairman of Jack ‘N’ Jill school Afaq Ahmed Bhat at the International School Awards 2023 function held at Bangkok. The event was organized by Global Education Community at the world’s largest education conference to shape the future of learning
The Jack ‘N’ Jill school earned the distinction of being only pre-school in India to bag the prestigious international award.
Former Union Minister, Chancellor Rishihood University, active visiting professor London School of Economics, Suresh Prabhu and prominent singer Abhijeet Sawant, winner of first ‘Indian Idol’ show, presented the award to Afaq Bhat and wished him all the best for his future.
Suresh Prabhu, a six times Member Parliament, while speaking on the occasion congratulated the award winning schools for demonstrating exceptional performance in fostering a holistic learning environment, promoting global citizenship, and implementing innovative teaching practices.
Participants included representatives of the schools from 40 plus countries, including India, USA, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Nepal, Fiji and others.
Chairman Jack ‘N’ Jill School Afaq Ahmed Bhat thanked the organizers for recognizing the efforts of his school and vowed to carry forward the innovative practices.
