Youth as change makers

Youth are emerging as change makers in Jammu and Kashmir. They are driving social progress and are contributing towards economic growth.
The government is making every possible effort to facilitate the youth so that they don’t face any difficulty in choosing their careers and making the right choices. Their dreams are being ignited to realize their true potential as changemakers.
The youth in Jammu and Kashmir are rising above the narrow considerations of caste and religion to build an inclusive and equitable society in today’s inter-dependent world. The spirit of oneness is bringing the most effective transformation in the society.
As change makers, youth are shining in every field and are leading from the front. They are becoming sportsmen, politicians, orators, entrepreneurs and what not. They are out to reach the sky. As students they are shining and are securing top ranks making J&K proud. They have proven beyond doubt that they can compete with anyone and the sky is the limit.
During the past few years the government has shifted its entire focus on youth empowerment. Many schemes have been devised to keep the youth engaged. Their skills are being developed to make them employable. The administration led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has been focusing on ensuring that youth get what they deserve. The focus is not only on providing government jobs, it has shifted to making them self reliant and turning them into job providers rather than job seekers.
The youth are being engaged and their ideas are being considered. Ones who want to start their business no longer have to run from one office to another to get no objection certificates, nor have they to wait for months for their proposals to get through. The system has changed and has changed for the good. The introduction of the Single Window System has made things easy and more productive. The youth are utilizing all the opportunities that are being provided to them. In the recent past many youth have become successful entrepreneurs and have set new records of success. Their success has inspired others to follow in their footsteps. Youth have become natural leaders and true change makers.
