Srinagar: Government on Thursday assigned additional charge of administrative secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department to Zubair Ahmad (JKAS).
According to an order, Zubair Ahmad shall hold the charge till Sushma Chauhan (IAS) resumes her duties or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
