Ganderbal: Inhabitants of Naderbagh Haider-maidan area of Wayil in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district are facing a lot of inconvenience due to dilapidated conditions in the area.

As per the reports received, the remotest area Naderbagh Haider-maidan of Ganderbal district which is a few kilometres away from Gutlibagh road is suffering badly due to dilapidated and muddy road which was newly constructed by rural development department Ganderbal last year.

“In winter days even the light rain turns the roads into muddy and full of water which creates difficulties for commuters, students and especially patients to commute,” said a local Ghulam Mohammad Ganie.

Locals said they have approached rural development department Ganderbal but they said there is a paucity of funds to execute further work.

Meanwhile, the locals urged Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and district administration Ganderbal to redress the genuine grievance at the earliest. (KNO)
