India is almost out of the shadow of Covid pandemic: Amit Shah

New Delhi: Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday said that India is almost out of the shadow of Covid-19 pandemic, and added that the center and state fought the battle together.
Speaking at the 51st conference of Governors and Lt. Governors at Rashtrapati Bhawan, the Home Minister said, “Under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, along with states, we have together fought this Covid 19 pandemic successfully. We have crossed 100 crore vaccine doses and are moving away from the shadow of this Corona pandemic”.
Shah explained “In the leadership of PM Modi, India fought this battle as ‘one nation, one people, one mind’, the whole world is appreciating how India fought the battle against Covid19 pandemic. PM held at least 20 meetings with CMs, and also held several meetings with governors,”
President Ram Nath Kovind is chairing the 51st conference of Governors and Lieutenant Governors at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday.
Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are also attending the Conference.
