“Searches and raids on specific inputs are already being carried out for the last so many days to track down the group of heavily armed militants in the forested area of Bhata Dhurian,” police sources here said on Tuesday.
They said that as a part of this exercise, two OGWs were nabbed earlier and five more were arrested on Monday from Thannamandi area of Rajouri.
“Arrested OGWs were in touch with the militants engaged in gunfights on the borders of Rajouri-Poonch districts and also facilitated their movements,” sources added.
