Bandipora: Anti Corruption Bureau Saturday seized documents of a shopping complex in North Kashmir’s Bandipora.
Official sources said that an official (name withheld) from Roads and Buildings Department who is a resident of Sopore and presently lives in Srinagar has purchased 16 marlas of land located at Putushay Bandipora-Sopore road.
The officer has constructed a double storey shopping complex comprising of around 16 shops. A service centre of an automobile company also functions from one of the shops.
Sources told news agency KNT that a team of ACB visited said shopping complex and seized some documents relating to said complex.
The official who owns this shopping complex remained posted as Assistant Executive Engineer R&B in North Kashmir. (KNT)
