Srinagar,February 23: Continuing with its public outreach programme, Srinagar police held interactive meeting with the community members of Astanpora Brein area of Nishat. The meeting was chaired by SDPO Nehru Park alongwith SHO Police Station Nishat.
The participants raised various concerns including drug menace and other related issues.
The chairing officer assured the participants that their genuine issues pertaining to police will be redressed on priority. Officers assured them that police is working continuously to curb the offence of drug peddling and also sought their cooperation in eradicating other social crimes from the area.
