Mirza JKPSC Secy; Mukhtar gets Sports Council
Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered a major administrative reshuffle, transferring and posting 136 JKAS officers with immediate effect.
According to a Government Order issued by the General Administration Department, Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, JKAS, Member, J&K Special Tribunal, has been posted as Secretary of the J&K Public Service Commission (JKPSC).
Tazayun Mukhtar, JKAS, CEO, Urban Development Agency, Kashmir, has been appointed Secretary of the J&K Sports Council.
Khalid Majeed, JKAS, who was awaiting adjustment orders in the GAD, has been posted as Special Secretary, School Education Department, while Kanta Devi, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Jammu, has been posted as Special Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department.
Rajinder Singh, Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, has been posted as Special Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
Sanjay Gupta, Additional Secretary, Mining Department, has been posted as Additional Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Amarjeet Singh, Special Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol, has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Poonch, while Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar, has been posted as ADDC, Pulwama.
Pankaj Gupta, Additional Inspector General of Registration, Jammu, has been posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Doda.
Namrita Dogra, Additional Commissioner, State Taxes, Jammu, has been posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Jammu, while Anju Gupta, Additional Transport Commissioner, J&K, has been posted as Additional Inspector General of Registration, Jammu.
Ghulam Rasool, Special Secretary, Revenue Department, has been posted as ADDC, Kupwara, while Gulzar Ahmad Dar, Special Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, has been posted as Special Secretary, Cooperatives Department.
Rifat Kohli, Special Secretary, Housing and Urban Development, has been posted as Chief Operating Officer, Himayat, while Rajneesh Gupta, COO, Himayat, has been posted as Special Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol.
Bhumesh Sharma, Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Kisans, has been posted as Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People.
Jogindera Singh Rai, Special Secretary, GAD, has been posted as Managing Director, J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation.
Rifat Aftab Qureshi, ADDC, Srinagar, has been posted as Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir, while Dr Fayaz Ahmad Banday, Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir, has been posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir.
Basharat Hussain, CEO, J&K Khadi and Village Industries Board, has been posted as CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Rajouri.
Vinod Kumar Behnal, ADDC, Kishtwar, has been posted as Executive Director, J&K Rehabilitation Council, while Tahir Firdous Dutta, Additional Commissioner in the office of the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, has been posted as Special Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Dhananter Singh, Special Secretary, Health and Medical Education, has been posted as Additional Commissioner, State Taxes, Jammu, while Rakesh Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Jammu, has been posted as Special Secretary, Estates Department.
Dr Zahoor Ahmad Magray, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, has been posted as Additional Commissioner in the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Masarat Hashim, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Central J&K, has been posted as Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar.

Raj Mohammad, Additional Secretary, Industries and Commerce, has been posted as Director, Land Management, SDA, while Sumera Shamim, Director, Land Management, SDA, has been posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kashmir.
Afshan Masood, Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Other Backward Classes, has been posted as Joint Director, IMPARD.
Avleen Kour Bali, Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People, has been posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Jammu.
Virender Kumar Manyal, CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, has been posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Banking and Finance, while Rakesh Dubey, Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Banking and Finance, has been posted as CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop.
Tariq Hussain, CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg, has been posted as Registrar-cum-Controller of Examinations, SKIMS, Soura.
Among junior-scale officers, several BDOs, CDPOs, under secretaries and other officers have also been transferred, with their services placed at the disposal of the Social Welfare, Industries and Commerce, Finance, Transport, Rural Development and Tourism departments.
The order said all officers would be deemed relieved immediately from their respective places of posting.
