Srinagar, June 09: Under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, Police in Baramulla organized an anti-drug awareness rally at Government Girls Middle School Goshbugh, Pattan to educate students and the public about the harmful effects of drug abuse.
Students, teachers, police personnel, and local residents participated enthusiastically in the rally, carrying placards and raising slogans promoting a drug-free society. During the programme, police officers highlighted the dangers of substance abuse and urged students to play an active role in spreading awareness within their communities.
The participants also took a pledge to remain committed to the cause of a drug-free society and support efforts aimed at eliminating the drug menace.
J&K Police continues to conduct awareness programmes to strengthen public participation in the fight against drugs.
