Srinagar, Oct 25: In a landmark initiative to enhance healthcare accessibility in Jammu & Kashmir, Sharda Care– Healthcity, one of North India’s premier tertiary care hospitals based in Greater Noida, has partnered with Apollo Clinic, Srinagar, to launch Super Speciality OPD services.
The collaboration aims to bring the best of Delhi-NCR’s medical expertise closer to the people of Kashmir through regular specialist OPDs in Neurology, Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, and Oncology.
The first OPD is scheduled for Saturday, 8th November 2025, from 11 AM to 5 PM, featuring consultations by Dr. Showkat Nazir Wani (Consultant – Neurology) and Dr. Harish Kumar Verma (Associate Director – Respiratory Medicine) from Sharda Care – Healthcity. Going forward, these OPDs will be held on the second Saturday of every month, providing consistent access to advanced specialist care within the valley.
The launch ceremony, held in Srinagar today, was graced by Sandeep Dogra, Group COO – Sharda Care – Healthcity, and attended by senior officials, including the Head of CAPF, marking a significant milestone in strengthening healthcare partnerships in the region.
