SRINAGAR, JULY 25: Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Strategy) and Director General Military Operations (DGMO) called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Friday and discussed the prevailing security scenario in the UT of Jammu Kashmir.
