This time I didn’t jab, but want bleed at typewriter. She will curse the day, she set on foot in Kashmir valley. The newly wedded couple who were on vacation to Kashmir to enjoy their nuptial bliss in the green meadows of Baisaran. Body of husband lying aside her in pool of blood. Kashmir is always battered with uncertainty. As per news reports 27 people are feared dead, and shocked the entire nation. They say there is no guarantee of bullet and good weather when come ,in our place – our valley. Sounds true and bizzare ! The Pahalgam will haunt her for the rest of life.
Life is uncertain here. This gruesome attack was carried out in broad daylight at around 3 p.m. Dozens of lives stolen by cruelty of violence. The recent attack on tourists in Pahalgam is heartbreaking. Everything was going on normal in Kashmir valley for sometime. Gulmarg and Tulip garden witnessed heavy influx of tourists and locals this year. People were rejoicing and chirping like never before.
Cruellest April – Bloody Tuesday. Recent attack in Baisaran Pahalgam rankled the nerves of every sensitive heart. Tears, screams, silence and mourning! Pahalgam valley synonymous with the beauty of lush green grass, serene mountains, pine trees and gurgling river lidder has now become graveyard of innocent lives. They were the students who were on vacation, newly wed couples on honeymoon, families and children from the mainland India to cherish the beauty of Kashmir. Another massacre after 2019 Pulwama attack on CRPF personnel that killed more than 50 troops. These jubilant picnickers didn’t know that moments after they will be lying numb and mute drenched in their own blood. Sheer devastating!
This gory incident didn’t happen in cross firing , encounterer or Bomblast, but in well enginered propaganda. They were killed , when they replied their names , after proper realisation of their accent. Then they fired ruthlessly in helter-skeltor way, with sole aim to kill everyone other than their faith and identity. Again proved that people here are killed what belief they hold. Their names became their death reason. Since 1990 these unknown gunmen – terrorists who have no relegion, have became mystery here. The perpetrators of this heinous and barbaric crime want to execute the message clearly, that they will devour every soul that didn’t match their belief, faith and race. The fresh tragedy open up past wounds, took us to the twilight years of insurgency when romance with guns was at its peak.
Killing innocents is not our religion – it is not what Kashmir stands for – it is not whom we are. Each and every drop of innocent blood stains the very soul of humanity. Today we stand with our fellow Indians. We mourn the lives lost, we mourn the silence of children and heartbreak of mothers. If you kill one innocent soul , it is as if you have killed all of humanity- Quran (5:32)
