Srinagar, Oct 1: JKIGRAMS, an innovative and citizen-centric grievance redressal platform, has become the key player of the Jammu and Kashmir Government’s efforts to streamline public services and ensure accountability in governance. With its user-friendly interface and efficient grievance resolution mechanisms, the platform has empowered citizens to voice their concerns and seek redressal swiftly.
According to the officials 97 percent disposal rate has been reported on the Jammu and Kashmir Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JKIGRAMS). “This achievement not only reflects the government’s dedication to enhancing public service delivery but also underscores the heightened institutional trust among the people of the region,” officials told Precious Kashmir.
They said, “The 97 percent disposal rate on JKIGRAMS is a testament to the government’s commitment to resolving public grievances promptly and efficiently. The platform has successfully bridged the gap between the government and the citizens it serves, enabling faster response times and effective resolutions to issues ranging from public infrastructure concerns to service delivery challenges.”
“The Jammu and Kashmir Government’s focus on accessible and quality public services is not just a policy initiative but a reflection of its dedication to improving the lives of its citizens. The government aims to create an enabling environment where every citizen can access essential services without unnecessary delays. This includes services related to healthcare, education, public infrastructure, and more,” officials added.

These efforts are aimed at providing a better quality of life for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

This, in turn, has boosted the people’s institutional trust, as evidenced by the high disposal rate on JKIGRAMS.”
