Srinagar: At least two officers of JKAP 6th battalion were Thursday accorded warm adieu by the officers and officials of JKAP 6th battalion on attaining the age of superannuation.
On the occasion, a simple but impressive farewell party held by JKAP 6th Battalion in favour of Mohd Tafail number ARP-836071 & Mohd Latief number ARP -825578.
Suram Singh, SSP Commandant alongwith RI, LO, other officers & jawans of JKAP 6th Bn as well as senior citizens & relatives of above said retiree officers congratulated, cheered together & appreciated the officers for rendering their selfless services in the police department.
The honesty, sincerity and dedication of the superannuating officers was applauded who gave least priority of their personal interests before the services to Police department.
They were complimented for maintaining unblemished record & services. All the officers & Jawans wished them a healthy and meaningful post-retirement life. Retirees were presented with mementos as a token of memory and goodwill gesture by their colleagues as a symbol of affection and respect towards them.
