Srinagar: Final match of late Javid Mir Memorial T20 Cricket tournament played on 19 March-23 Sunday between MRCC Vs GMCC at Gani Memorial Stadium Rajouri Kadal Srinagar.
In an impressive gathering the final match of Late Javid Mir memorial T20 cricket tournament was played between MRCC vs GMCC at Gani Memorial Stadium Srinagar. GMCC won the Toss won the toss elect to bat first. Due to rain the match was restricted to fifteen over’s only. GMCC made 159 runs in which Sajad Gani made 56 runs Dardish 29 runs and Mehran took 2 wickets, Yamin 2 wickets. Gani memorial cricket club won the match and title. Bell took 3 crucial wickets and was declared man of the match. Mehran Yousuf was declared man of the series.
Mr. Gh Nabi Mir, father of Late Javid Mir was Chief Guest while as Mr. Shabir Ahmad Shah & Mr. Arshid Dar was Guest of Honor on the occasion. Meanwhile the winning team was also awarded a trophy with cash prize of Rs.40000/- and Runner up with a trophy and cash prize of Rs.20000.
The event was organized by Gani Memorial Cricket Association Rajouri Kadal Srinagar.
