Srinagar: The video of relief being provided to the fire victims of Koreg Ganderbal shared by a news channel has been provided by the district administration Ganderbal from Red cross. Tehsildar Tulmulla in a statement said that he along with his field staff visited the fire victims and found the house of Zahoor Ahmad son of Abdul Ahad Wani having been destroyed in the fire incident. All the house hold items were also found burnt in the blaze.
The tehsil administration on spot distributed the relief from Red cross among the victim family in the form of tent , five blankets and two food kits.
Tehsildar also requested the R and B division Ganderbal to take assessment of the damage so that the case is forwarded for deputy commissioner Ganderbal for relief to the victims under SDRF. The administration also has requested assistant director FCS and CAD has also been requested to provide free ration to the fire victim.
