Srinagar: A massive blaze broke out in a residential house at Safa Kadal area of Srinagar on Friday afternoon.
The fire broke out in a three-story residential house at Safa Kadal Chowk, the locals said.
They said that fire broke out from the house of Muhammad Shafi Wani of Safa Kadal and the short circuit was found as the cause of fire.
“Upper storey of the house got damaged fully. Fire tenders reached the spot on time and doused the flames, before they could spread to other houses,” witnesses said—(KNO)
