Srinagar, Jan 26: In the skiing district championship organized by Winter Games Association of Jammu and Kashmir on January 19 at Gulmarg, DPS Srinagar bagged a rich haul of medals including six gold medals and a bronze medal.
The winners have all been selected for J&K level championship to be held soon.
Commenting on the success of winners, vice principal Shafaq Afshan congratulated the winners.
“I am proud that they continue to bring laurels to not only the school, but the community at large,” Afshan said.
While congratulating the medalists, Chairman Vijay Dhar said, “It is heartening to see our students are making a mark in less conventional disciplines and inspiring others to follow their lead.”
