SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 17:Â Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and the staff & officers of Lok Bhavan Thursday accorded a warm farewell to outgoing Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Lieutenant Governor, Lt Col Prashant Jankar.
The Lieutenant Governor felicitated Lt Col Jankar and expressed his appreciation for dedication and professional integrity of the officer. He wished him good health and success in future assignments.
