According to the ACB, the chargesheet was filed in FIR No. 18/2020 registered under Sections 5(1)(e) read with 5(2) of the J&K Prevention of Corruption Act, Samvat 2006, and Section 109 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) at Police Station ACB Srinagar.
