Srinagar, May 1: In a recent administrative reshuffle, senior JKAS officer Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, who was serving as Administrator of Associated Hospitals, GMC Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Director, Estates, Kashmir, as per official orders issued by the General Administration Department.
