Pattan, Apr 27: The two-day Etonner Festival 2026 commenced on a high note at the Pattan Open-Air Theatre in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, drawing large crowds and vibrant participation from artists and locals alike.
Held under the theme “Reviving Traditions,” the festival aims to reconnect the region’s rich cultural heritage with the creativity and aspirations of today’s youth. The opening day witnessed an enthusiastic turnout, with Bollywood singer Zubair Hashmi headlining the event alongside several prominent artists from across the country.
The festival featured a mix of musical performances and artistic showcases, providing a platform for both local students and professional performers to display their talent. Organizers said the initiative is designed to promote cultural expression, encourage youth participation, and strengthen community bonds.
