KULGAM, APRIL 23: Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, Shahzad Alam Thursday flagged off a group of students from Kulgam for a day-long industrial tour to the NIELIT Regional Centre, Srinagar.
While addressing the participants, Shahzad Alam encouraged the youth to remain focused on skill development and career-oriented practical education, emphasizing the importance of such exposure visits in shaping their future.
During the visit, the Director In-charge, NIELIT Jammu & Kashmir, Ashaq Hussain Dar briefed the students about the functioning of NIELIT Srinagar in the region and highlighted various government-sponsored schemes and upcoming opportunities specifically beneficial for the youth of Kulgam district.
Principal Technical officer, NIELIT Regional Center Srinagar, Fayaz Ahmad Malik, further elaborated on the wide range of career-oriented courses offered by NIELIT, guiding students towards skill-based learning pathways.
