In a major boost to the upgrade the infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir, the Government of India has once again displayed its commitment to improve the growth of Union Territory by giving additional Rs 5,000 Crores.

The amount is to be used to upgrade the infrastructure that will build a strong foundation for the development of Jammu and Kashmir.

The additional amount means a more opportunities for the local population of Jammu and Kashmir wherein the they will have more options to grow that will ultimately bring the safe and stable economy to the thousands of households.

All of the additional boos of Rs 5000 crores will be directly supporting the ongoing and upcoming developmental projects that are crucial for establishing the necessary infrastructure needed to support a modern economy.

Investments in infrastructure like roads, power projects and safe water facility will help to improve the quality of life for the people of Jammu and Kashmir while creating a better economic climate in which to encourage private sector investment and promote tourism.

This will further act as a financial stabilizer on the local government and will ease them to change its priorities from deficit management to business.

The continuous support provided by the Government of India will definitely support and develop the economy of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

This sort of commitment for the UT of J&K from the GoI improves the relationship with local and national citizens. Besides, the assistance from GoI sends a strong and a clear message that the development for J&K is a priority for the Union Government.
