Srinagar, Feb 10: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday ordered the transfer and posting of two Indian Administrative Service officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to Government Order issued by the General Administration Department, Mr Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, IAS of the 2022 AGMUT cadre, who was serving as Sub Divisional Magistrate Uri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Honble Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat.
In another order, Mr Prince Kumar, IAS of the 2023 AGMUT cadre, who was serving as Sub Divisional Magistrate Kokernag, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate Uri, vice Mr Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak.
The order stated that the transfers have been effected in the interest of administration and shall take effect immediately. The directive was issued by the Commissioner Secretary to the Government under the authority of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
