BARAMULLA: In a proud moment for Jammu and Kashmir, Rawhaan Rafiq Buhroo, a final-year Political Science student of Government Degree College (GDC) Baramulla, has made history by becoming the sole student from J&K to address the Parliament under the “Know Your Leaders” programme.
