Bodybuilding has great and immense benefits, so people are joining gym centers and making building their muscles and working on their diet plan. In the past, we had few gym centers in Srinagar, and today we have, after a few kilometers, had a great chance to enhance our physique and remain away from lethal diseases and a number of health-related issues.

Practice equipment makes us joyful and keeps us happy as our body starts regenerating new cells. Blood flow reaches in all parts of the body and keeps every part of our body shining and healthy.

Most of the friends are healthy, friendly, and taking care of themselves. Keeping away from drug menace. I have experienced that there are great and kind friends in the gym centers who help you and teach you how to go under different exercises.
Bodybuilding keeps us away from drug menace and keeps us healthy. Bodybuilding is also just an addiction where people are getting addicted to bodybuilding and making their 100 percent to maintain their bodies fitness up to the mark and want to become attractive and healthy.
Role of trainer in gym centers: Gym trainers are very important and can play a great role in motivating the people of all ages who are eager to undergo body building. Bodybuilding must need a trainer who may teach how to undergo basic exercises without hurting and getting injured because every exercise has its own rule and should be done under proper guidance. Random exercises may damage your bones and cause backaches and joint aches. All friends are requested to please do all the exercises under proper guidance, and weights should always be in your reach.
How to do exercises for the
beginners?
Beginners should consult a trainer and start with low-weight dumbbells; machines may help you to keep balancing while exercising. Exercises need full confidence and balance, and keep a helper while doing any hard exercise like decline bench, shoulder rod, back press, thighs, etc. Side raises and front raises should be done properly so that you will not feel any pain at home.
Before starting exercises, warm up your body properly and have patience while doing all the exercises. Take proper gaps, like 5 to 10 minutes, in between every set.
Always believe in a natural diet like bananas, cheese, milk, eggs, green leafy vegetables, and fruits. Avoid substandard supplements and consult a doctor for a dietary plan as per your body requirements.
