Kulgam: The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) retrieved the partly decomposed body of a missing youth from the river near Hutmate area- a bit away from the picturesque Aharbal waterfall in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
The deceased had been missing since September 30 last month was identified as Adil Bashir, son of Bashir Ahmad, a resident of Nayid Pora Rainawari, Srinagar.
The body was handed over to the local police for further investigation and legal formalities.
The local police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Adil’s death. (KNT)
