J&K records over 24% voter turnout till 11 am in second phase

Srinagar: Jammu and. Kashmir has recorded over 24 per cent voter turnout till 11 am in the second phase of assembly election, officials said.

An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) 24.10 per cent voter turnout has been recorded in all 26 assembly constituencies across six districts of J&K.

First phase of polls was held on September 18 which recorded 61.38 per cent voter turn. The assembly election is being held in three phases with final phase to be held on October 1. Votes will be counted on October 8—(KNO)
