Srinagar: As per the Lok Adalat calendar for the year 2024, issued by the J&K Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar is scheduled to conduct a Lok Adalat on “MACT & Matrimonial Cases” on October 19, 2024, at the District Court Complex, Srinagar.
The Lok Adalat aims to facilitate the amicable settlement of MACT and Matrimonial cases pending in courts at various levels.
“It is notified for the information of all concerned learned advocates and persons/parties who wish to settle their MACT & Matrimonial cases through the said Lok Adalat that they may approach the concerned courts to refer their cases for amicable settlement,” DLSA stated.
