Law Foundation’s second convocation marks echoing spirit of legal excellence

Srinagar:  The Law Foundation’s second convocation held in Srinagar, Kashmir marked a resounding success, echoing the spirit of legal excellence and community empowerment.
Esteemed dignitaries, alumni, students, families, and well-wishers congregated at SKICC, where the event unfolded as a morning filled with inspiration and reflection.
Retired Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, the chief guest, delivered an impassioned speech, invoking Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s words and emphasizing the pivotal role of the constitution.
He urged the young legal minds to embrace initiative and strive for justice, highlighting the importance of professional guidance and experience in shaping the future of law in the region.
Throughout the program, tributes were paid to alumni who have excelled in their careers, underscoring the Foundation’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering success. Cohort 2, the focus of this year’s celebration, shared testimonials and memories, offering insights into their journey within the legal profession.
Familial support emerged as a recurring theme, with family members sharing their feedback on the crucial role they play in nurturing aspiring legal professionals. Special recognition was bestowed upon the top three students from cohort,  Osheeba Bashir, Syed Yussra, and Bashash Mahmood, for their outstanding achievements.
Kamran Bhat, who excelled with the highest attendance, received exclusive mentorship under prestigious Mentorship Program.  Kamran’s dedication and outstanding performance have truly set him apart.
The evening concluded with a mesmerizing musical performance by Yawar Abdal – Echoes of Kashmir, immersing attendees in the rich cultural tapestry of the region.
