Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party on Friday nominated Abdul Hameed Kosheen, Ghulam Mohiudin Wani (Wachi) , Rouf Ahmad Bhat and Arif Laigaroo as State Secretaries of the party, party chief spokesperson Syed Suhail Bukhari said in a statement.
