Is Time A Healer Of Scars.

Shahid Ul Islam

In the depths of sorrow and longing’s embrace, I find solace in verses that my heart must chase.
Oh, my beloved, how I am missing you so, Bound by the pain that refuses to let go.

Time stretches its arms, echoing with despair, As I yearn for your presence, a love beyond compare.
Every beat of my heart echoes your name, In the silence, I find solace, but it’s never the same.

How long must I wait in this world so cold, Where the kindling of love is a story untold?
The stars bear witness to my incessant plea, But their silent twinkle offers no remedy.

The moon casts its gentle glow upon my face, But it cannot fill the void, nor replace,
The warmth of your touch, the sweetness of your smile, Every moment apart feels like an eternal trial.

Yet still, I hold onto hope, a flicker in the night, That someday, my beloved, our paths shall unite.
Until then, my heart bleeds with unspoken pain, As I wander through the shadows, tears flowing like rain.

But even in darkness, a poet finds light, In the raw emotions we dare not take flight.
So, I pour my longing into verses, they become my guide, Whispering the words I cannot say, trapped deep inside.

For in these lines, my beloved, you will always be, As I weave every thought, every memory.
Though we may be apart, I’ll forever hold you near, In the echoes of my heart, in every word we share.
