Paras Health doctors spotlight orthopedic services

Srinagar: Renowned doctors from Paras Health Srinagar held a press conference, highlighting the services of the orthopaedics department.

Dr Naseer A Mir, Dr Joseph Mal, and Dr Muhammad Haseeb Gani, the core orthopaedic team at Paras Srinagar, were present.

The event also featured Dr Jagandeep Singh Virk, a reputed orthopaedic oncosurgeon from Paras Hospital, Panchkula, and Dr Azhar Battoo, Dr Saquib Banday, and Dr Shah Saqib from the oncology division at Paras Hospital Srinagar.

The organizers shed light on the orthopaedics department’s work, covering trauma and fracture surgery, joint replacements, sports injuries, and arthroscopic surgery.

They highlighted the latest addition of orthopaedic oncology services at Paras Srinagar. Dr Jagandeep Virk detailed the limb salvage program for bone cancer, the first of its kind in Kashmir, with a successful surgery already performed at Paras Srinagar.
