Srinagar: The paternal aunt of Kashmir News Observer’s (KNO) Editor-In-Chief, Nasir Azam, passed away at her home in the Pather Masjid locality of Srinagar on Saturday evening.
She passed away suddenly at her home located in Pather Masjid area last evening, the family said.
Her Fateh Khawani will be observed on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the ancestral graveyard, Bahaudin Sahab in Srinagar.
The entire KNO team held a condolence meeting to extend solidarity with the bereaved family, especially with Nasir, while as special prayers were held for the departed soul.
Meanwhile, several organizations condoled with Nasir on the passing away of his aunt and prayed for peace for the departed soul.
