Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and constituency Incharge Habba Kadal, Arif Laigaroo on Sunday held a meeting with the people of Habba Kadal Zone and deliberated upon several issues.
A statement issued here reads that during the meeting, various issues to strengthen the party were discussed.
Besides, prevailing circumstances were also discussed during the meeting and stress was laid for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
During the meeting, Arif Laigaroo asked the people to strengthen the party and have organised campaigns against social evils that included drug abuse in the society.
Laigaroo urged people to keep a tab on youth in their respective area and work for betterment of the society. He prayed for long lasting peace in Kashmir.
Those who participated in meeting were Sameer ul Jameel, Fayaz Rah, Aman Zargar, Shiekh Nauman, Saleem Ahmed, Gowhar, Suhaib, Abdul Hameed and others.
