Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and constituency incharge Habba Kadal Arif Laigaroo Tuesday held a meeting with the people from Habba Kadal and deliberated upon several issues.
A party statement said during the meeting, various issues to strengthen the party were discussed.
In addition to this, prevailing circumstances were also focussed during the meeting and stress was laid on the party on upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
During the meeting, Arif Laigaroo asked the people to strengthen the party and have organised campaigns against social evils that included drug abuse in society.
Laigaroo urged people to keep a tab on youth in their respective area and work for betterment of society. He also prayed for return of long lasting peace in Kashmir.
Those who participated in meeting include Sameer ul Jameel, Fayaz Rah, Aman Zargar, Shiekh Nauman, Tasaduk Ahmed and others.
