After G20 summit foreign tourists throng  Kashmir    

Srinagar: After nearly three decades, foreign tourists are returning to the picturesque valleys of Kashmir, thanks to the recent hosting of the G20 summit in Srinagar.
According to the officials the summit has not only put Kashmir on the international map but has also instilled confidence among tourists regarding the security situation in the region.
Pertinently, the G20 summit was held in the heart of Srinagar, aimed to discuss pressing global issues and promote dialogue and cooperation among participating nations. The event witnessed the presence of representatives from most powerful countries in the world.
They were welcomed by the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Kashmir. The successful execution of the summit proved to be a turning point for the tourism sector in the region.
According to the officials local tour operators and hoteliers have reported a significant increase in bookings from foreign tourists since the conclusion of the summit.
