Vitasta School of Law organises drug de-addiction programme

Srinagar: Vitasta School of Law organised a drug de-addiction programme in collaboration with Helping Hands Jammu and Kashmir and IMHANS (GMC), in which various speakers highlighted the key issues relating to drug abuse and its possible solutions.

Amongst the speakers Qazi Imran from Daarul-Uloom Bilalia deliberated upon the moral and religious values which a person should imbibe in his life. Also Dr. Saleem Mir explained the rehabilitation and medical support given to such persons.

Shujhaat Wani and Aqib deliberated upon different types of NDPS and Laws dealing with such substances.

Also, RJ Vijdan highlighted the importance of drug awareness programmes amongst the youth of J&K.

Rakib Ahmad Zia, Vice Principal of Vitasta School of Law shared his vision how drug abuse could possibly be dealt by providing different strategies which a society should adopt.
