Vijaypur: Former Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP), Sharmsher Singh Parihar Wednesday delivered an impressive lecture to Police Personnel and trainees of Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur on Investigation, moral ethics, VIP Security and Police public relations.
Parihar, who is renowned for his expertise in Investigations, shared his experiences with the Police personnel. He said while investigating a case, the Investigating Officer should emphasize towards five pillars of quality investigation viz Analyzation and Instrumentation of scene of crime, Information, Interrogation, Supervision and Prosecution.
He stressed upon the Police personnel to examine the scene of crime carefully and collect, preserve evidence properly for quality investigation of a case. He further highlighted the importance of cordial Police public relations as it provides valuable leads for investigation of a case.
Parihar also spoke about the Do’s and Don’ts to be adopted by PSOs while performing their duties.
In the valedictory address, Shiv Kumar, SSP, Principal PTTI Vijaypur thanked Parihar for sparing his precious time for delivering lecture to aware the Police Personnel and trainees of the Institute and told that the lecture delivered by Parihar would help trainees of PP Photography course in collecting evidence from the scene of crime. Besides, the lecture would definitely help trainees of PSO Refresher course while providing security cover to the protected persons.
