Srinagar: Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Srinagar and District Youth and Sports Officer under the auspices of National Health Mission (NHM) J&K, Directorate Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) organized “World Bicycle Day” under the theme “Cycle for Health”.
Additional Commissioner Kashmir, Abid Hussain on behalf of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir graced the occasion as Chief Guest and flagged-off the cycling event, which was also attended by Dr Mohammad Saleem Khan, HOD, SPM, GMC Srinagar, Dr Shafi Koka State Nodal Officer, NHM, J&K, District Youth & Sports Officer, Srinagar, Chief Education Officer, Srinagar, Medical superintendent JLNM, Deputy Chief Education Officer, Srinagar, District Immunisation Office, Srinagar, Block Medical Officer, Zonal Medical Officers, Medical Officers of Srinagar.
The event was sponsored by Curve electric and Kashmir Mountaineering Bike Association, Srinagar in promoting physical and mental well-being through eco-friendly conveyance.
