Srinagar: The government on Monday reconstituted the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited.
“In supersession of all pervious orders on the subject and in terms of Article 66(3) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited, the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited is hereby reconstituted,” the government said in order, ancopy of which lies with GNS.
Its chairman includes Arun Kumar Mehta (IAS), Chief Secretary, J&K and directors comprise Dr. Raghav Langer (IAS), Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, Amit Sharma, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Mining Department, Ms. Nitu Gupta, JKAS, Secretary in the Finance Department, O.P. Bhagat, JKAS, Geology and Mining, J&K, and Vikram Gupta Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Mineral Limited.
