Srinagar: Senior BJP leader and party’s JK spokesman Altaf Thakur Saturday extended his warm greetings to the people of JK in particular and rest of the country on eve of the auspicious occasion of Mehraj-e-Alam ( Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) journey towards skies. Thakur prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow his mercy on the people of J&K and rest of the country on this pious occasion.
He stated that the sucess of every Muslim lies in the great teachings of beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Meanwhile, Thakur visited far-flung village Zarihard in Tral, met various public delegations ,listened to their grievances.He assured the people that he would take up all the issues with the concerned officials.
He distributed winter kits among the villagers. and said: “BJP is committed to serve people even in remotest villages of Kashmir.”
