Health benefits of honey

Almighty Allah has bestowed mankind with immense, unlimited, beneficial, useful, healthy, delicious and in various forms like solid food, liquid food, powdery food, bitter food, sour food, salty, and everyone’s favourite that’s sweet food items. One who really takes care of his/her health will never consume unhealthy and junk food items. There are several food items available that are used as medicines and also have great health benefits when consumed in its original form. Due to adulteration, many unwanted chemicals are added to the food items which are unhealthy and have hazardous health issues. There are certain reasons which are responsible for the adulteration, it includes higher demand, lower production rate. Day to day the cultivation of land is decreasing. The world is after urbanising the whole globe but one thing is clear that in future pure and natural food items will not be available at the affordable prices.

We heard a lot of good suggestions about our food and good health from the doctors, dieticians and from our parents but we are not able to control ourselves whenever we get hungry, feeling starving like situation, what we do, we will fill our stomach even if we get a worst food item for the eating. When we pass through a street tasty food items are there, we eat them and accumulate unwanted fat and many other diseases in our body. There are unlimited food items available in this universe. Every food item has its own importance and is great and beneficial for our good health. Today I am going to explore the benefits of consuming honey and suggest you share it with your loved ones and keep healthy. Importance of honey is mentioned in the holy book of Quran (the religious book of Muslims) . Also, olive and fig are mentioned in the holy book of Quran.
Benefits of honey: – honey boosts our immune system and makes it stronger. The winter season can impact our health and cause numerous diseases and infections which can be easily prevented by using some honey. Health problems related to our respiratory systems are more common during the winters. For some reason, we breathe in the chilly winter air which easily makes us sick. But having a spoonful of honey mixed with a glass of warm water and a few drops of lemon can keep these problems away. During winters we are experiencing common respiratory infections due to breath in the chilly air. During winters, sore throat is one of the common problems. This mostly happens due to the drop in the temperature and can be the source of a lot of pain and can make talking very painful and other than this, it can make you irritable and also lead to an infection and sometimes even fever but you can prevent a sore throat by including some honey in your bread. Start adding honey to your herbal tea like doing that, simply have a spoon or two of honey twice a day.
In case you get wounded or burnt, you turn to honey to reduce the pain and accelerate the healing in a very short span of time. Not many people know honey is a natural wound sealant (any material to seal a wounded surface). It aids the body in healing the wound from inside by making it believe that the burnt area is covered with fresh skin.
